• Customers can only place orders from a single store at a time.
• By registering, you agree to receive communications from KartiKMart, including notifications and updates.

3. Orders and Delivery

• The platform enables users to place orders for products from stores within the serviceable area.
• Orders are processed only once the delivery boy confirms availability (unless digitally paid, which skips this step).
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they are within the store's service area.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on the order type and delivery area.
• KartiKMart is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including weather or traffic conditions.

5. Payment

• All payments must be made through integrated payment gateways or as per the store’s payment options (including COD).
• Payments for canceled or returned orders will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations are subject to the store's cancellation policy and KartiKMart’s Refund Policy.
• If an order is canceled by the customer or store, a refund may be issued based on the terms outlined in the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• The KartiKMart platform and all its content, including logos, designs, and software, are owned by KartiKMart and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

• KartiKMart is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from third-party interactions or product quality issues from stores.

9. Amendments

• KartiKMart reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of major changes.
